GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This Offer is being made and conducted by Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) on behalf of Bajaj Consumer Care on following Terms and Conditions-

1. The Offer is valid from 7th February, 2024 to 14th February, 2024 (both dates included)
2. Offer is applicable and valid only once per user, per household, per mobile number, per lifetime.
3. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
4. Bajaj Consumer Care products purchased as part of the Offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
5. Zomato code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
6. The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees and immediate families of the employees of Bajaj Consumer Care, and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
7. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non-encashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
8. In case of any misuse or fraud, Bajaj Consumer Care and Kikoy Promotions reserve the right to deny participation or eligibility.
9. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability shall fall upon the parties, including Act of God, Government actions, or lockdowns.
10. Participants agree to hold harmless both parties and their affiliates from any liability arising from the Program.
11. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to amend details without notice.
12. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and no replacement codes will be issued.
13. Participants registered under DND may not receive campaign messages and the organizers are not liable.

ZOMATO VOUCHER: Terms & Conditions

1. You will get a discount of Rs 500 for your meal order.
2. The discount is applicable only on the meal value, inclusive of taxes and delivery.
3. The Zomato code is valid for 4 months.
4. These codes can be used only once.
5. Only one code is usable at a time for one order.
6. Promo codes are non-transferable.
7. Only one Zomato code is usable per order.
